This 2 Ingredient Chocolate Yogurt Pudding is rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. With just dark chocolate and Greek yogurt, it chills into a smooth dessert with a mousse-like texture and plenty of chocolate flavor.
Add 2 cups (500 g) Greek yogurt to a large mixing bowl and stir until smooth and creamy.
Finely chop 7 oz (200 g) dark chocolate and microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until completely melted and smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate into the yogurt and mix until fully combined, smooth, and thick.
Divide the mixture evenly between serving glasses or ramekins and smooth the tops.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until chilled and set.
Serve cold. Dust with cocoa powder if desired.
Notes
Use Thick Greek Yogurt: I like using thick Greek yogurt because it creates a richer texture and helps the dessert set beautifully after chilling.Choose a Chocolate You Enjoy Eating: Since chocolate is one of only two ingredients, its flavor makes a big difference. I usually use a good-quality dark chocolate for the best taste.Mix Thoroughly: I make sure there are no streaks left in the bowl. A fully blended mixture gives the smoothest texture.Chill Before Serving: The pudding becomes thicker and creamier after an hour in the fridge, so I always give it time to chill before serving.
