These air fryer thin pork chops use ½-inch bone-in chops coated with olive oil and homemade pork chop seasoning. They cook at 375°F in 9–10 minutes without breading and are removed when the center reaches 145°F.

½ teaspoonsalt
2tablespoonhomemade pork chop seasoning
2tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Pat the 2 thin bone-in pork chops dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
Place the pork chops in a bowl. Add ½ tsp salt, 2 tbsp homemade pork chop seasoning, and 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides, then let the pork chops marinate for 30 minutes.
Arrange the seasoned pork chops in a single layer in the air-fryer basket, leaving space between them. Air fry at 375°F / 190°C for 5 minutes.
Flip the pork chops and continue cooking for another 4–5 minutes, or until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Transfer the pork chops to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Use the Correct Thickness: I use ½-inch bone-in pork chops for this timing. Chops with a different thickness will need their cooking time adjusted.Check Boneless Chops Earlier: Boneless thin pork chops can cook faster than bone-in chops, so I begin checking their temperature at around 7 minutes.Rely on Internal Temperature: Thin pork chops can dry out quickly. I remove them as soon as they reach 145°F (63°C) rather than cooking them for extra color.Leave Space for Airflow: I avoid overlapping the pork chops because space around each one helps the seasoning cook more evenly.
