This chocolate walnut fudge is rich, creamy, and filled with crunchy walnuts in every bite. Made with just a few simple ingredients, it sets into smooth chocolate squares that are perfect for holidays, gifting, or keeping in the fridge for an easy sweet treat.
300gsemi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
380gsweetened condensed milk1 can
120gchopped walnuts
Instructions
Line an 8×4-inch (20×10 cm) loaf pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides so you can lift the fudge out easily once it sets.
Add 2 cups (300 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate and 1 can (14 oz / 380 g) sweetened condensed milk to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring well each time, until fully melted, smooth, and glossy.
Stir in 1 cup (120 g) chopped walnuts, then pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top into an even layer.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm. Lift the fudge out with the parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve.
Notes
Use Good Chocolate: I like using a good-quality semi-sweet or dark chocolate here because the flavor is the main focus of the fudge. Stir Between Intervals: Stirring well after each microwave interval helps the chocolate melt evenly and keeps the texture smooth. Chill Before Cutting: I usually let the fudge chill fully before slicing so the squares stay neat and hold their shape better.
