How to Make Custard
Pour the milk into a saucepan and warm it up over medium heat.
In a large mixing bowl, add the egg yolks, sugar and vanilla. Whisk together until everything is fully combined.
In a small bowl, place corn starch and a little milk and then mix together well.
Add the mixture over the egg yolks mixture and mix together well.
Pour the egg yolk mixture over the milk and mix well to combine and cook over low-medium heat, whisking occasionally every minute, until the mixture is bubbling throughout around 8 minutes. Continue cooking and whisking continuously until the custard is thickened.
Remove from heat and transfer the custard into a large bowl. Cool until it is lukewarm, then cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for several hours or until chilled.
In a large bowl, beat the whipping cream and powdered sugar for 4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Remove the plastic wrap and whisk until creamy texture.
Soak a biscuit in orange juice and then put it over the orange custard.
Add the custard mixture over the biscuit.
Cut the biscuit into small pieces and then put over the custard mixture.
Add the whipping cream and garnish with orange zest.
