Instructions
Finely chop 7 garlic cloves and a small bunch of parsley.
Pour the extra virgin olive oil into a frying pan and heat.
Add the garlic and chillies and stir constantly until they start to sizzle.
Add the parsley.
Add the shrimp and salt, cook until they turn pink and start to curl.
Transfer the prawns to a clay pot.
Serve with bread.
