This 2 ingredient chocolate fudge with cocoa powder is made with sweetened condensed milk and unsweetened cocoa powder. It is smooth, rich, no-bake, and easy to shape or slice.
Pour 125 g sweetened condensed milk into a mixing bowl and heat it in the microwave at medium power for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
Add 60 g unsweetened cocoa powder to the warm condensed milk and stir until fully combined.
Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes smooth and thick, then transfer it onto baking parchment paper and spread it evenly to about 1 cm thickness.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then cut into pieces or shapes and dust with 10-20 g unsweetened cocoa powder.
Notes
Warm the Milk First: I like warming the condensed milk before adding the cocoa because it makes the mixture easier to stir and helps the cocoa blend smoothly. Mix Until Smooth: I keep mixing until there are no dry cocoa spots left, which makes the texture much more even. Shape While Soft: I find it easier to spread and shape the fudge right after mixing, before it starts to firm up.
