This easy Chicken Souvlaki recipe brings tender, flavorful grilled chicken wrapped in soft pita with fresh toppings and creamy tzatziki. It’s a perfect taste of Greek street food right from your kitchen.

Ingredients for the Marinade:
50gGreek Yoghurt
1tablespoonFrench Mustard
30mlExtra Virgin Olive oil
2tablespoonBalsamic Vinegar
1tablespoonHoney
3Clove Garlic Minced
1tablespoonDry Oregano
1tablespoonFresh MintLeaves Only
1teaspoonSalt
½teaspoonBlack Pepper
Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add the Greek yoghurt, mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, minced garlic, oregano, mint, salt, and black pepper to the chicken. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
Grill the chicken skewers over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
Slice the tomatoes, thinly slice the onion, and chop the parsley.
Assemble the souvlaki: Place grilled chicken on pita, top with tomatoes, onion, parsley, and a generous spoonful of tzatziki.
Serve immediately.
