Arrange the pork steaks in a single layer in the baking dish, leaving a little space between each piece.

Notes
Marinate for Flavor: I like to let the pork sit with the seasoning for about 30 minutes, it really helps the spices sink in and gives a richer taste.Give Them Space: I always leave a bit of room between each pork steak so they roast nicely instead of steaming.Check for Juiciness: I use a meat thermometer to make sure they hit 145°F/63°C; that’s the sweet spot where the pork stays tender and juicy.Add a Finishing Touch: Sometimes I brush a little honey or BBQ sauce on top during the last few minutes for a light glaze and extra flavor.
