Making pizza has never been this easy, no need to knead the dough just mix the ingredients and pop it in the air fryer with your favorite toppings for a delicious crispy pizza every time.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt and warm water. Mix the ingredients with a spatula until well combined and a dough forms.
Add extra virgin olive oil and mix until smooth and well combined.
Cover it with a cling film, and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours, or until it has doubled in size.
In a bowl, mix the passata with salt, white pepper, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. Stir well to combine.
Once the dough has risen, remove the cling film, place it onto a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper, and spread it evenly.
Spread a thin layer of the prepared tomato sauce over the base of the dough.
Bake in the preheated air fryer at 220°C (428°F) for about 15 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Remove the pizza from the air fryer, and sprinkle the grated mozzarella evenly over the sauce. Add additional oregano. Bake at 220°C (428°F) for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove the pizza from the air fryer and immediately top with fresh basil leaves.
Slice the pizza and enjoy it hot!
