This sugar free frozen yogurt is made with just frozen fruit and plain yogurt. Blend them together for a naturally sweet frozen dessert with a creamy texture and no added sugar.
Cut 2 cups (300 g) of mango into pieces and place them in a freezer bag. Cut 2 cups (300 g) of strawberries into pieces and place them in another freezer bag. Add 2 cups (300 g) of blueberries to a third freezer bag. Freeze the fruit for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen.
Add the frozen mango and ¼ cup (60 g) plain yogurt to a food processor. Blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy, then transfer to a bowl.
Add the frozen blueberries and ¼ cup (60 g) plain yogurt to the food processor and blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Transfer to a bowl.
Add the frozen strawberries and ¼ cup (60 g) plain yogurt to the food processor and blend for 2–3 minutes until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer texture.
Notes
Blend Until Smooth: I like letting the blender run the full 2–3 minutes so the frozen fruit breaks down completely and the frozen yogurt becomes smooth and creamy.Use Ripe Fruit: Very ripe fruit gives the frozen yogurt better flavor and natural sweetness without adding sugar.Softening Tip: If frozen solid, let the frozen yogurt sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
