Frozen yogurt is my go-to dessert when I want something sweet, cold, and easy. I started making it during the warmer months with just frozen fruit and yogurt, and now I whip it up all the time.

What I love most about frozen yogurt is how easy it is to prepare ahead of time.
I usually slice and freeze my fruit when it's perfectly ripe, mango, strawberry, or blueberry, and store it in freezer bags so it's always ready when I want something sweet.
Blending frozen fruit with plain yogurt gives it that creamy, ice cream, like texture without being too rich.
Whether I'm in the mood for a classic strawberry frozen yogurt, something tropical like mango, or a mellow and tangy blueberry ice cream-style flavor, there's always a combination that hits the spot.
This frozen yogurt recipe has become one of my go-to desserts, especially when I don't want anything too heavy.
I've made it using both fresh fruit that I freeze myself and store-bought frozen fruit, and both work beautifully.

It's one of those sugar free froyo recipes that feels just as satisfying as traditional ice cream. No ice cream maker needed, just a food processor and a few minutes, and you're done.
I often scoop each flavor into its own bowl so everyone at home can mix and match their favorites.
What makes this frozen yogurt extra fun is how customizable it is. The mango version turns out especially creamy, strawberries bring that classic fruity flavor and a soft pink color, and blueberries give the frozen yogurt a gorgeous purple hue that always surprises people.
It's a sugar free frozen yogurt treat that's simple, quick, and totally satisfying, perfect for gatherings, snacks, or late-night cravings.

🧾Frozen Yogurt Ingredients
Here's the breakdown of what's in this Frozen Yogurt recipe:
- Mango: Mango gives the frozen yogurt a creamy, tropical sweetness that feels extra refreshing. I love using ripe mangoes for that rich golden color and smooth texture.
- Strawberries: These add a bright, juicy flavor and that gorgeous pink hue. I like to freeze them myself when they're perfectly ripe.
- Blueberries: These are more mellow and slightly tart, and they give a deep purple color that I really love. They also pair perfectly with the yogurt's creaminess.
- Plain Yogurt: I use plain yogurt for all three flavors. It softens the frozen fruit, blends smoothly, and adds a lovely creaminess without overpowering the fruit.

👩🏻🍳How to Make Frozen Yogurt
These step-by-step instructions and photos will help you visualize how to make this recipe. See the recipe card for a printable version of this recipe.

1. Slice the mango into chunks, dice the strawberries, and transfer the blueberries into separate sealed bags before placing them in the freezer.
2. Blend the frozen mango with yogurt in a food processor until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes, then transfer to a serving bowl.
3. Blend the frozen blueberries with yogurt until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes, then scoop into a bowl.
4. Blend the frozen strawberries with yogurt until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes, then serve in a dish or bowl.

💭Tips for Recipe Success
Don't Blend Too Early: I always wait until just before serving to blend. Once blended, it's best eaten the same day.
Pre-Chop Evenly: I always cut the fruit into small, similar-sized pieces before freezing; this helps them blend more evenly and prevents large chunks from slowing down the process.
Mix Flavors: Sometimes I swirl strawberry and mango together, so good!
Use a Spatula: A silicone spatula helps scrape down the sides of the food processor so you don't waste a bit.
Store Leftovers in Single Portions: I like to spoon the blended yogurt into silicone muffin cups and freeze them; just pop out one when you want a snack!
