- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 100 ml sunflower oil

- ¼ green bell pepper
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 100 ml olive oil

- 750 g new potatoes
- 2 tablespoon sea salt

How to Make the Red Mojo Sauce:
