Ingredients 

  • 3 Eggs
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 150 g Plain Flour
  • 150 g Corn Meal
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamon Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 100 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Almond Flakes

  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs and the sugar. Mix until well combined.
