  • 60 g Granulated Sugar
  • 250 g Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F/180°C (320°F160°C fan-forced) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and granulated sugar using a hand mixer until the mixture is smooth and slightly pale.
  • Add the peanut butter and baking powder to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are well combined and form a cohesive dough.
