🧾Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need to create this dreamy dessert:
- Strawberries: I always go for fresh, ripe, and sweet strawberries when I make the coulis and the pudding. If they’re not in season, you can use frozen ones for the coulis (a smooth strawberry sauce), but for layering, fresh ones are the best.
- Sugar: For the strawberry coulis, I use granulated sugar, and for sweetening the whipped cream, I use icing sugar.
- Double Cream: For that perfect, fluffy texture in the whipping cream, I prefer using double cream or heavy cream.
- Meringues: In this recipe, I like to use two types of store-bought meringues. But if you're feeling adventurous, you can definitely make your own!
