🧾Ingredients
Here’s what you need to make this no-knead pizza:

- Pizza Dough: In this recipe, I make a no-knead pizza dough. I use 00 flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, warm water, and extra virgin olive oil. I love using 00 flour because it makes the crust light, airy, and crispy. But if you have a favorite dough recipe, feel free to use that, or even store-bought dough works great too.
- Pizza sauce: I enjoy making my own pizza sauce with passata, salt, white pepper, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. But if you prefer, you can always use store-bought sauce instead.
- Grated Mozzarella: For the topping, I go for grated mozzarella. It melts so nicely, giving that creamy, stretchy texture and a lovely mild, milky taste. But feel free to use whatever toppings you love for this recipe!

3. After the dough rises, put it on a baking sheet, and spread it out evenly. Then, spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on top.

4. Bake in the air fryer at 220°C (428°F) for 15 minutes until golden.

5. Once your pizza's out, sprinkle on mozzarella and oregano, then pop it back in the air fryer at 220°C (428°F) for 5 minutes until the cheese gets all bubbly and just starts to turn golden brown.

6. Once the pizza is out of the air fryer, don't wait! Add some fresh basil leaves right away. Then, slice it up and dig in while it's still piping hot. Enjoy every delicious bite!
🍽 What to serve with Air Fryer Pizza
I really enjoy having salad with my pizza, especially pasta salad or egg potato salad. Sometimes, I also serve it with some delicious bubble potato pillows or crispy smashed potatoes on the side. It's the perfect combo for a satisfying meal!

💭Tips for Recipe Success
Use Parchment Paper: To make cleanup a breeze, line the air fryer basket with parchment paper before you put the pizza in. This way, when it's done cooking, it'll slide right out without any sticking.
Monitor Closely: Make sure to watch your pizza closely as it cooks, especially towards the end. Air fryers work fast, and we don't want the crust to burn. If needed, give the pizza a little turn to make sure it browns evenly.
Let it Rest Before Serving: Let the pizza chill out for a bit before you slice into it. This gives the cheese a chance to settle and makes it easier to cut.
Storage: Store leftover pizza, wrap individual slices or the whole pizza in aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or an airtight container, then refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze for longer storage, labeling containers with the date for easy tracking.
