Why You'll Love It

  • It uses only a few simple ingredients.
  • It is ready in 5 minutes.
  • It is naturally sweet when the fruit is ripe.
  • It has no yogurt or banana, which keeps it light and fresh.

I like recipes like this when I want something cold and refreshing without making the process complicated. This easy strawberry mango smoothie blends strawberries, mangoes, and orange juice into a bright, fruity drink that feels light and fresh. If you enjoy simple homemade drinks, my pink lemonade and easy green juice recipe are also nice options to link here because they have that same fresh, easy feel.

What makes this strawberry mango smoothie work so well is how little it needs. There is no yogurt, no banana, and no added sugar when the fruit is ripe, so the flavor stays clean and naturally sweet. It is the kind of smoothie that fits busy mornings, quick breakfasts, or relaxed afternoons. If you want a few more drink ideas on your site, lemon honey ginger tea and a homemade pumpkin spice latte also fit naturally in a homemade beverage collection.

Key Ingredients in Strawberry Mango Smoothie

You'll find the exact measurements in the recipe card, but here's a closer look at key ingredients and why I use them.

  • Strawberries: Strawberries give this smoothie its bright flavor and beautiful color, and I like using them when they are ripe and naturally sweet.
  • Mangoes: I like adding mangoes because they bring natural sweetness and help create a smooth texture without needing banana.
  • Orange Juice: Orange juice helps everything blend easily and keeps the smoothie light and refreshing, which I find works perfectly with the fruit.
  • Ice Cubes: I add a couple of ice cubes to make the smoothie cold and refreshing without watering down the fruit flavor too much.

How to Make Strawberry Mango Smoothie

You can find the complete printable recipe with measurements below, but for now, here's a quick overview of how it goes:

How to Make Strawberry Mango Smoothie

1. Prepare the Strawberries: Wash and hull the strawberries, then cut them in half.

2. Cut the Mangoes: Slice the mangoes and cut the flesh into chunks.

3. Add Ingredients to the Blender: Add mango, strawberries, orange juice, and ice cubes to a blender.

4. Blend and Serve: Blend until smooth, pour the strawberry mango smoothie into glasses, and garnish with a strawberry slice.

Tips for Strawberry Mango Smoothie

Adjust the Thickness: If you prefer a thicker smoothie, use chilled or frozen fruit instead of adding more ice.

Balance the Flavor: If the smoothie tastes too sweet, adding a small splash of extra orange juice helps brighten the flavor and keep it refreshing.

Storage

If you have leftovers, keep the smoothie in a sealed jar in the refrigerator and shake or blend again before drinking.

Prevent your screen from going dark

Instructions

  • Wash the 1½ cups (200 g) strawberries, remove the stems, and cut them in half. Slice the 2 mangoes and cut the flesh into chunks.
  • Add the strawberries, mango chunks, ¾ cup (200 ml) orange juice, and 2 ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend for 30-60 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with a slice of strawberry on the rim of each glass if desired.

Notes

Blend Until Smooth: I like to let the blender run for a full minute so the smoothie becomes extra smooth and creamy.
Use Ripe Fruit: Ripe mangoes and strawberries give the smoothie natural sweetness, so there is no need to add sugar.
Chill the Ingredients: I find the smoothie tastes even better when the fruit and orange juice are cold before blending.
Serve Immediately: I like to serve the smoothie right after blending so it stays cold and refreshing.
