Garlic Shrimp (Gambas Ajillo)
It is possible that whenever you go to a party, you usually head straight for the appetizer table. Most of the time, the same familiar dishes are there: crackers with a few types of cheese and cured meats, chips with dip, a veggie platter, deviled eggs, and of course, a shrimp cocktail.
Maybe you are used to this type of food, but after having it so many times, maybe it just doesn’t excite you anymore. I guarantee once you taste gambas ajillo (garlic shrimp) traditional Spanish dish, you will fall in love with Mediterranean food!
