1. In a spacious mixing bowl, vigorously whisk together eggs and sugar until thoroughly blended and slightly fluffy.

2. Incorporate oil into the egg-sugar mixture and whisk until a well-combined consistency is achieved.

3. Introduce orange zest and orange juice to the egg-sugar mixture, ensuring thorough mixing.

4. Sift the flour and beat until it blends well into the mixture.

5. Incorporate baking powder into the batter, stirring until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix.

6. Transfer the batter into the greased Bundt pan, ensuring an even spread.

7. Place the pan in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) and bake for approximately 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center emerges clean.

8. Combine orange juice and sugar in a saucepan, and heat the mixture over medium heat until the consistency slightly thickens, then transfer into a heatproof jug.

💭Tips for Recipe Success
Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh oranges and quality ingredients contribute to the best flavor. Use fresh orange juice and zest for a vibrant citrus taste.
Zest Citrus Properly: Use a fine grater to zest the oranges, being careful to avoid the bitter white pith. The zest adds intense citrus flavor to the cake.
Prep the Bundt Pan: Grease the Bundt pan thoroughly to prevent the cake from sticking. Consider using a baking spray with flour for convenience.
Tap Out Air Bubbles: After pouring the batter into the Bundt pan, tap the pan on the counter a few times to release any air bubbles. This helps the cake bake evenly.
Check Doneness Carefully: Use a toothpick or cake tester to check for doneness. Insert it into the center of the cake; it should come out clean or with a few moist crumbs but no wet batter.
Warm Cake for Syrup: Pour the orange syrup over the warm cake. This helps the syrup soak in better, making the cake even more delicious.
Be Patient: Let the cake cool completely before slicing. This allows the flavors to meld, and the texture to set.
