Turtle Cookie Balls are bite-sized chocolate treats with a creamy Nutella center, soft banana cookie base, and a crunchy pecan finish.

I love how these no-bake little bites remind me of classic turtle truffle candy, but with an easier twist. They're the kind of treat I make when I want something quick yet special, and they never last long once I set them out. Simple enough to whip up in minutes, these cookie truffles always feel like a crowd-pleaser.
What makes them so good is the mix of flavors and textures, creamy bananas, a smooth Nutella center, rich chocolate on top, and a sprinkle of crunchy pecans. To me, these Turtle Cookie Balls are just as tempting as traditional turtle truffles, but they're even easier to pull off at home. I'll make them for holidays, gatherings, or even just when I'm craving something sweet, because one bite is all it takes to win everyone over.

💭My Tips for Recipe Success
Cookies: I like to pick whatever cookies I'm in the mood for, sometimes it's Nilla wafers for a light base, other times gingersnaps or oat cookies for more depth. Even graham crackers work beautifully.
Size: I try to roll each truffle the same size so they look neat on the plate, it makes them feel extra special when serving.
Chilling Time: Don't skip the fridge step! I've found that letting the cookie balls firm up first makes coating them in chocolate so much easier and less messy.
