🧾Ingredients
Here’s what you need to make this Fudge:
Butter: I use butter to add richness and flavor to the fudge. It helps achieve that creamy texture and ensures a smooth consistency. If you prefer, you can substitute margarine for the butter.
Milk: I add milk for extra creaminess and moisture in the mixture.
Water: I use water to dissolve the sugar and create the syrup that forms the base of the fudge.
Sugar: Sugar is the main ingredient in the fudge, giving it sweetness and texture. You can use brown sugar instead of white sugar if you prefer.
Condensed Milk: I use condensed milk to add sweetness, creaminess, and a rich caramelized flavor to the fudge.

Chocolate Fudge: Mix in cocoa powder or melted chocolate for a chocolatey twist in the mixture.
💭Tips for Recipe Success
Measure Ingredients Accurately: Use precise measurements for all ingredients. Even slight changes can impact how it turns out.
Stirring Technique: Stir the fudge mixture gently and consistently to avoid sugar crystals from forming.
Cool Gradually: Let the fudge cool slowly at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating it, as quick cooling can cause sugar crystals to form and change the texture.
Cutting Technique: Once the fudge sets, use a sharp, clean knife to cut it into neat squares. Wiping the knife between cuts helps keep the edges clean.
Storage: Store your fudge in a cool, dry place to keep its texture just right. You can also use an airtight container or tightly wrap it in plastic to keep it fresh and prevent it from drying out.
