  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 200 ml chicken broth
  • ½ onion - chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
